Certification of RoHS Compliance

Hurricane Electronics Lab, Inc. certifies that "Pb-Free" designated products conform to the requirements of the European Union's Restriction on the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("RoHS") Directive, 2002/95/EC.*

"Pb-Free" designated products are those products whose part numbers are indicated by the suffix "e2" (e.g. "HL-KK222M/AB e2").

The terms "Pb-Free", "Lead-Free" and "RoHS Compliant" are understood to mean products that are compatible with the current RoHS requirements for the six-(6) substances indicated in the table below. None of the noted substances are intentionally added by Hurricane Electronics Lab, Inc. during the manufacturing process.

The "RoHS Threshold" shown for each substance below is based on concentration levels at the homogeneous material level, as defined by the EU Technical Adaptation Committee.

All Hurricane Electronics Lab, Inc. products are suitable for use in typical lead-free soldering processes.
